Basic
This series of 3 skills days is design to take an absolute beginner mountain biker to the trails, safely and give you the skills to approach green and blue graded MTB trails relaxed and confident.
Course included familiarisation with the fundamental technics of riding a bicycle on uneven terrain as well as basic set up and maintenance of you bicycle so that it is always trails ready and safe.
Those skills days are usually coached in English
Basic for Ladies
Although our skills days are designed to be relaxing affair and leave you in your comfort zone at all time, we recognised that MTB like a lot male dominated sports, can sometimes unproductive to some. As such we understand that you might like learning in an even more boastful free setting. For those, we offer our basic 1-2-3 on selected dates and Progress and Flow testosterone free on request.
Airtime for Dads
A lot a mountain bikers are coming late to the sport, or from a more classic XC side of the sport. With bike getting more and more versatile, we find a lot of previously more trails and gravel roads riders want to up their skills to match their very capable bi And getting some airtime is a big part of this.
Ass such this course is specifically design for those that can ride but can't jump or at least not very confidently.
This is the perfect introduction mountain bike jumping and a good prequel to AirTime if you never really jump anything longer than you are or drop from anything higher than your dinning table before.
Rock & Roots Skills Ride
Starting from Vaxholm this 4 hours (2.5/3 hours pedal time) ride will not only take you through gorgeous trails but also to great location to practice and own your new skills and confidence in tackling rock & roots garden in a relatively safe learning environment
We recommend this ride to people that have just completed PROGRESS Skills Day
Flow
We will teach you the techniques for gaining speed, maintaining your flow and conserving momentum through all terrain you will encounter.
AirTime+
We concentrate on teaching you the fundamental to get real air on your bike. We will have you launching on jumps and styling them up while landing smoother.
Progress+
This is the perfect pre alpine trip coaching class giving the confidence to ride in control that many riders would think twice before even walking down.
1-2-1 Private Day
Private individual coaching is a fantastic way to rapidly progress the general level of your riding or to work on a specific problem area. We have had the full range of requests as far as riding issues that need addressing. Whether its a lack of confidence with clearing gap jumps, issues with your cornering or the need to improve your speed management.

Private Group
Private Group Coaching is arranged on an available day to suit you. You come with your group of friends and we will tailor the syllabus to cater for specific issues you may have with your riding.
