Is a clean bike really a happier bike?

Couple of brushes, cassette cleaning tool and bio-Bike 1:25 diluted bike cleaner combined with a water hose are the usual suspects for my monthly (if she is lucky) clean... 

Fist hose it down making sure all mud that hasn't dropped tothe ground is properly soaked and soften no not to damage the pain when a soft brush is applied...

I have used a lot of different products over the years from dish soap to MucOff and have recently settled on Bio-Bike. Made by the same people that make Squirt bike lube (genious product that is)

Let it work for a couple of minutes

Use a soft brush where necessary (about everywhere in fall or spring riding) 

Bike goes rubber side down and I repeat the process

Hose down... 

A little fork fluid on the seal wipers and wipe off excess after circulation the fork, short and dropper post

Dry the chain and apply a layer of Squirt lube (all conditions chain wax) 

All clean and ready for some general maintenance and upgrades
